FBI Director Christopher Wray warned Senators recently that he has never seen a time during his decades-long career when so many threats against the US were all as elevated as they are now, warning that he sees “blinking lights everywhere.” There was another signal from China and Russia in May (not reported in the news, but covered by a nonpartisan, non-profit think tank, the Center for European Policy Analysis) of both their close alliance and China’s new position accepting offensive use of nuclear weapons. China now supports Russia’s deployment of tactical nuclear weapons into Belarus and both countries warned the US and NATO against providing “extended deterrence” to allies.
The head of U.S. Strategic Command and other generals have been warning that the increase in the quantity and quality of Chinese nuclear forces is “breathtakingly fast.”
Putin has provided lots of warnings that he will use tactical or battlefield nuclear weapons in Ukraine and may strike targets inside western Europe in retaliation for their provision of long range weapons to Ukraine that are being fired into Russia. According to US. nuclear doctrine and treaty promises, the U.S. will protect our NATO allies with our “nuclear umbrella” and “escalate” the use of nuclear weapons to strategic attacks against Russia.
Days ago, Russian officials said that the United States faces “fatal consequences” if it ignores Moscow’s warnings not to let Ukraine use U.S. weapons to strike targets inside Russia. Henry Kissinger advised against the NATO expansion towards Russia as provocative enough to lead to war, as it has. US support of Ukraine may make great sense, but Russia’s repeated warnings over nuclear weapons use, complete with forward deployments into Belarus and exercises with battlefield nuclear weapons, should not be ignored.
The former Director of the Center for Disease Control (not free from pressure to only issue reports that elected officials approve) just contradicted the big lie the CDC now puts out describing H5N1 as “low risk.” He warned last week that a deadly H5N1 pandemic is inevitable—and will probably come from man made bioengineering of the virus, not natural mutations (as Disaster Preparedness LLC and the Collapse Survivor App have reported in past alert warnings).
Last month Ray Dalio, the Founder and CEO of Bridgewater, the largest hedge fund, who makes his fortune by predicting future big events, has warned that there is a 35 to 40 percent chance that the U.S. will have a civil war this year with the nation so divided over the election and the direction of the country. He does not expect armies to clash, but citizens to revolt and refuse to obey laws they find unacceptable. There is a very good chance of some states seceding and many more splitting as rural, conservative counties refuse to follow liberal state policies they find unacceptable. This has already happened in the area of gun control with most counties and many states refusing to follow gun control laws they find unconstitutional. This could soon expand to far more areas of counties and states refusing to follow laws they abhor.
An expert foreign policy and financial analyst who has been studying China’s preparations for war was recently featured in a Hudson Institute presentation, presenting evidence that China is preparing for an invasion of Taiwan. The Hudson Institute is probably the best think tank in the U.S.; they have no political agenda. There was another clear warning earlier this year when the CIA Director openly released to the media a report that President Xi has ordered the military to be ready for war, but suggested it was still several years out. In the Hudson Institute briefing, Kyle Bass uses a variety of economic and open source information that lays out a convincing case that China has committed to achieving their half century plus old goal of retaking Taiwan, and may invade in months, not years.
If China invades Taiwan and gets into combat with U.S. Forces they are likely to threaten and if necessary launch a small nuclear attack on the U.S. to force the President to back down and sacrifice Taiwan. This is exactly what happened in the “Nuclear Chicken” collapse survivor exercise simulation that took place a month ago (you can play it in the “archived” scenarios on the Collapse Survivor App. ) It only takes one high altitude nuclear detonation to destroy our electric grid. Congressional studies of our vulnerable electric system warned that an EMP attack on the grid would take it down for over a year, which could lead to the death of most Americans.

- The world is at the most extreme risk in my lifetime.
Intelligence officials, generals, defense think tanks, economists, investment experts, and the former (not current) Center for Disease Control Director are reporting these flashing red lights—but there will be no honest government acknowledgement of these threats until the disaster is upon us. The alliance of China, Russia, North Korea, Iraq and Syria is rarely acknowledged by officials, but obvious to any honest observer. With three, soon four of them, possessing nuclear weapons, all of them developing biological weapons and exploiting cyber and AI, and, far more important, willing to attack and fight wars, historians will look back at the U.S., Canada, West Europe, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, and Australia and wonder how they could have failed to take a small part of their incredible wealth and not invested in basic means to survive the clearly coming disasters.
Elon Musk said there is a consensus among leading tech entrepreneurs that Western sanctions played a role in pushing Russia closer to China and that “We are sleepwalking our way into World War III with one foolish decision after the other.” WW III seems highly unlikely, but the history of major wars is replete with examples of irrational decisions, uncontrolled escalation, and horrible unintended consequences. It is clear to us that the Russia-China-Iran-Syria-North Korea Alliance is very real, not getting the honest attention it deserves, and does pose a considerable risk of major terrorism, clandestine nuclear or biological attacks, and perhaps even a big war.
You can’t predict the timing of a collapse, but Disaster Preparedness LLC has warned their consulting clients that Nov 2024-Jan 2025 is likely to be a particularly dangerous period because of election strife and a divided country and a possibly changing POTUS Administration—an ideal time for an enemy like Russia to escalate to nuclear war in Ukraine/Europe, China to invade (or reclaim as they put it) Taiwan, North Korea or Iran to launch an EMP or bio weapon attack on the U.S., or self-destruction in some form of U.S. civil war.
Again, you should always be prepared for a collapse, but vacation trips and travel far from home that you can avoid in the Nov-Jan period may be a wise measure.
